The basic task of the PBUCH SA company as a producer of equipment for the maritime market is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and introduce environmentally friendly technologies and products to provide cooling and air conditioning systems in accordance with IMO requirements and the International Convention for the Prevention of Marine Pollution (MARPOL). Offered cooling devices are designed in accordance with DNV standards for ships with CLEAN DESIGN class record (maximum GWP-1890) and we introduce products that meet the IMO requirements coming into effect on January 1, 2020. PBUCH SA equipment working on alternative refrigerants for the industrial cooling and heat recovery systems.

  • We design and manufacture pressure equipment to suit specification requirements from design to approval through the whole production and testing process.

  • Propylene condenser & sub-cooler (water cooled s&t heat exchangers) were delivered for chemical plant for a process working at capacity of 21 500 kg per hour.

  • The heat exchangers are provided with dedicated coatings with special attention to efficient solutions for anti-corrosion prevention. The right choice depends on the chemical reactions and environment harsh conditions as well as other requirements with regard to durability.

  • U-tube bundle elements (internal tube surface, tube sheet surface as well internal chamber surface) were protected with dedicated heat cured coatings – thermosetting duroplast, resisted against to steam diffusion.
