DESIOS GmbH is a project and engineering office, mainly for electrical and mechanical engineering. Headquartered in Schwerin, the offered scope covers services from consulting, design, planning, engineering, project management, deliveries and supervision up to the integration of different systems and components to a functioning overall system. The field of activity for national and international projects mainly include industry and shipbuilding for all kind of vessels, as well as the renewable energies especially offshore wind energy.

The SLV M-V GmbH was founded in 1994 as a non-profit research institution with focus on laser material processing. The company´s main fields are education and training, quality assurance, materials testing as well as research and development. The SLV M-V GmbH works as a recognized training center of the German Association for Welding Technology and as a "recognized body" for the issuance of manufacturer qualifications. The SLV M-V GmbH has been the only non-Russian certification center for NAKS since 2005 and offers its services in Europe. In addition, SLV M-V conducts research and development for the cross-sectional technologies of welding, cutting and related processes. The R&D department carries out non-competitive work as well as work on behalf of individual companies.

INCONE60 is primarily aimed at shifting cargo from land to sea transport, to decrease the negative impact on the natural environment and increase awareness about the benefit of choosing shortsea shipping. It is dedicated to cargo owners, forwarders, vessel owners, port authorities, local/regional/national authorities and all other entities involved in cargo transportation. It also concentrates on strengthening the regional economies, impact the labour market positively and support the development of the blue economy.
